We aim to make your item within 2 business days of placing your order, each item is handmade individually and while we strive to keep within the 2 days in busier times it can sometimes take a little longer. Your item will be delivered as standard with Royal Mail First Class with the following expected times, if you require a faster delivery please choose the alternative courier service on checkout.

UK

For addresses in this zone delivery is usually 1 to 3 working days however in busy times can be anywhere up to 15 business days.

Europe

For addresses in this zone delivery is usually 5 to 15 working days.

United States, Canada, Africa & Asia

For addresses in the United States and Canada if you have ordered an item that we have in stock in the one of our US warehouses delivery is usually 2 working days. If you have ordered an item that has been made to order/fit or has been personalised then it will be shipped from our UK warehouse and this will take anywhere from 5 to 15 working days. For addresses in Africa and Asia delivery is usually 5 to 15 working days.
